Baoling Reservoir Drinking Water Source Water Quality Safety and Water Ecological Restoration Project

Project Background

Baoling Reservoir serves as the drinking water source for 70,000 residents in the urban area of Zhenghe County, with a daily water supply of 11,000 tons. To ensure that citizens have access to clean and safe drinking water, the Zhenghe County Government has implemented a series of measures to protect this important water source.

Regular Water Quality Monitoring

Water quality monitoring is carried out on a regular schedule, including but not limited to the detection of parameters such as pH, dissolved oxygen, ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus, and total nitrogen.

The monitoring data are used to assess the water quality status and to formulate corresponding management measures or emergency response plans accordingly.
