Core Objective: To establish a full‑process system of "precision monitoring – intelligent transmission – rapid response – closed‑loop governance", ensuring irrigation water quality safety, preventing and controlling soil and agricultural product pollution, and adapting to the needs of agricultural production and ecological protection in different regions.

Principles and Structure

Based on the principle of "layered deployment and coordinated linkage", the system encompasses four core layers:

Front‑end Monitoring Layer: Deploys multiple types of monitoring points to collect real‑time water quality data.

Data Transmission Layer: Utilizes IoT technology for efficient and stable data upload.

Platform Analysis Layer: Processes data, provides early warnings, conducts source tracing, and performs statistical analysis.

Application Execution Layer: Links regulatory authorities and agricultural entities to implement governance and production adjustments.

Real‑time Monitoring: Visual display of water quality data and equipment status at each monitoring point; data exceeding standards are automatically highlighted in red as an alert.

Alert Response: Supports alert notifications via SMS and mobile app push. Alerts are graded (general / serious / critical) and correspondingly linked to relevant departments (township agricultural stations / municipal environmental protection departments / provincial coordination agencies).

Data Analysis: Generates daily, weekly, monthly, and annual water quality reports; analyzes pollution trends and exceedance frequency; supports pollution source tracing (by identifying pollution intervals through segmented monitoring data).

Data Sharing: Open interfaces to connect with the information systems of agricultural and rural affairs, ecology and environment, water resources, and other departments, enabling data interoperability and sharing.
