Standardized Construction Project for Sewage Outlets into Rivers in Shaanxi Province
To thoroughly win the battle against pollution and build a strong water environment safety defense line for key river basins in Shaanxi Province, including the Yellow River, Han River, and Dan River, the province is comprehensively promoting the standardized construction project for sewage outlets into rivers. Centered on "technology empowerment, precise supervision, and full coverage," the project innovatively adopts a model combining micro water quality monitoring stations with multi‑point online monitoring. This establishes an intelligent, grid‑based water environment monitoring system for river basins, achieving the refined control objective of "visualizing, accurately measuring, and effectively managing" sewage outlets into rivers.
Project Background
As an important water conservation area for the Middle Route of the South‑to‑North Water Diversion Project, Shaanxi Province bears the core mission of ensuring "clean water flows northward continuously." In recent years, the province has carried out comprehensive investigations and remediation of sewage outlets into rivers, completing traceability investigations and classified remediation for thousands of outlets. To consolidate the results of these remediation efforts and achieve long‑term supervision, the project focuses on the need for "standardized, intelligent, and normalized" management of sewage outlets. Addressing pain points such as the large number of tributaries in the river basins, the scattered distribution of sewage outlets, and insufficient coverage of traditional monitoring, the project deploys micro water quality monitoring stations on a large scale. This enables real‑time monitoring of pollutant discharge dynamics into rivers, provides accurate early warnings of water quality anomalies, and offers scientific data support for pollution source tracing, law enforcement supervision, and water management decision‑making.
Micro Water Quality Monitoring Stations (Multi‑point Application)
The core of the project is the integrated micro water quality monitoring station, serving as the "digital sentinel" for online monitoring of sewage outlets into rivers. It is well‑suited for decentralized, wide‑coverage supervision scenarios and offers four core advantages: miniaturization, intelligence, low power consumption, and easy deployment.
Integrated Design for Flexible and Efficient Deployment
Multi‑parameter Monitoring for Comprehensive and Accurate Data
Intelligent Operation and Maintenance for Unattended Stable Operation
Controllable Cost for Large‑scale Deployment
