Online Water Analyzer

The national standard method automatic water quality monitor is a fully automatic online water quality analytical instrument designed, manufactured and inspected in strict accordance with the National Standards of the People's Republic of China (GB) and Environmental Protection Standards issued by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment (HJ).
Taking the laboratory analytical methods specified in national standards as the core technology, the instrument automates and miniaturizes the whole analytical procedures including chemical digestion, color reaction and photometric detection. It realizes continuous, real-time and automatic monitoring of key water quality parameters such as CODcr, ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus, total nitrogen and permanganate index.
Each detection method complies with standard specifications including HJ 828, HJ 535/HJ 536, GB/T 11893, HJ 636 and GB 11892. It is applicable to online monitoring of various water bodies such as surface water, groundwater, domestic sewage, industrial wastewater and drinking water source areas.
All analytical methods adopted by the monitor have passed the applicability verification by China National Environmental Monitoring Centre, and obtained the China Certification for Environmental Protection Products (CCEP).
Full-process automation effectively reduces operation and maintenance costs. The instrument integrates full-process functions including automatic sampling, automatic digestion pretreatment, automatic colorimetric measurement and automatic cleaning. It is equipped with periodic automatic calibration, automatic range switching, reagent shortage early warning and process abnormality alarm, which greatly reduces manual intervention and supports unattended continuous operation.
