River sections, lakes and reservoirs, urban inland rivers, rural micro water bodies, river sewage outlets, wetland parks, aquaculture areas, drinking water source sites and other scenarios.
The automatic online water quality monitoring system consists of the following units: power supply unit, water sampling unit, analysis unit, cleaning unit and auxiliary unit.
Power Supply Unit
It includes an electric control mainboard, which is responsible for the circuit control of the system. It is integrated with an industrial Android touch screen, allowing users and maintenance personnel to manually operate and control the system as well as edit the operation flow. The system adopts 220V municipal power supply.
Water Sampling Unit
It adopts a self-priming pump to extract surface water from rivers and lakes into the monitoring system for detection by analytical instruments. It mainly comprises a self-priming pump, transparent steel wire hose wrapped with thermal insulation cotton, float switch, water inlet pipelines and valves inside the system, as well as a five-parameter tank for raw water monitoring.
Analysis Unit
It is used to detect pollutant parameters in surface water, including analytical instruments and probe-type meters. It analyzes water samples delivered by the sampling pipeline, then stores and uploads the test data.
Cleaning Unit
After the measurement by analytical instruments is completed, it cleans the pipelines and removes sediments such as sludge, algae and silt attached to the pipe wall. It adopts tap water or dedicated cleaning water to flush the pipeline and eliminate silt deposition.
The integrated automatic water station monitoring system regularly controls the sampling pump to collect water from the designated sampling point. Water samples flow through the intake pipeline into the five-parameter tank, where the five-parameter probes directly complete measurement and data storage. After short-time sedimentation, the water samples enter the analytical instrument for testing and analysis. The final results are stored and uploaded automatically. Once the measurement cycle is finished, the cleaning function is activated to flush the intake and sampling pipelines through the cleaning unit.
