The automatic online water quality monitoring system consists of the following units: power supply unit, water sampling unit, analysis unit, cleaning unit, auxiliary unit, etc.
Power Supply Unit: Includes the main control board responsible for the system's electrical control; integrated industrial Android screen for manual operation and control by customers and maintenance personnel, allowing editing of the flow path. The system operates on 220V mains power.
Water Sampling Unit: Used to extract surface water from rivers and lakes into the monitoring system via a self-priming pump for analysis by the instruments. Main components include a self-priming pump, a transparent steel-reinforced hose wrapped with insulation cotton, a float ball, the internal water inlet pipeline and valves, and a five-parameter tank for raw water monitoring.
Analysis Unit: Used to measure specific pollutant parameters in surface water, including analytical instruments and probe-type instruments. Water samples obtained via the sampling pipeline are analyzed, and the resulting data are uploaded and stored.
Cleaning Unit: Used to clean the pipelines after instrument measurement, removing sludge, algae, sediment, and other contaminants adhering to the pipes. This includes cleaning with tap water or cleaning water to remove sediment deposits.
Integrated Water Station Automatic Monitoring System: Timed control of the sampling pump draws water from designated sampling points. The water sample passes through the sampling pipeline into the five-parameter tank, where a five-parameter probe directly provides readings and stores data. After brief settling, the water sample enters the analytical instruments for analysis. The results are then stored and uploaded. After the measurement cycle is completed, the cleaning function is activated, and the sampling and inlet pipelines undergo a cleaning process via the cleaning unit.
(1) Small footprint and moderate height, designed for direct placement in a station room; can be relocated as needed by the owner to change monitoring sites. Simply disconnect the intake piping to move it.
(2) The integrated water station enables fully intelligent automatic measurement and automatic cleaning. Measurements are taken at fixed intervals according to the set measurement cycle, requiring no manual triggering.
(3) Reagent consumption is minimal, leading the industry. It supports measurement of up to 360 samples per month, with a minimum measurement frequency of once every 2 hours, requiring reagent replacement only once a month.
(4) The measurement modules are centrally controlled and display data, making it easy for operation and maintenance personnel to perform routine maintenance and view data at any time.
(5) The flow path is specially designed to resist clogging and is easy to maintain.
(6) Adopts a modular design, allowing customization of different monitoring parameters according to owner requirements.
(7) Utilizes imported lightning protection modules and a reliable grounding design to ensure all-weather normal operation of the water station.
(8) Equipped with a dedicated communication system that can upload monitoring data and video information to a remote monitoring center and trustee station via wired fiber optics or a wireless GPRS module, thereby enabling remote monitoring functionality.
