Applications:
The online hardness and alkalinity water quality monitor can continuously monitor total hardness and total alkalinity in water. It offers stable measurement and easy maintenance. It is suitable for applications such as waterworks, secondary water supply, industrial circulating cooling water, boiler feedwater, surface water source areas, and industrial park water supply and drainage systems. It effectively assesses the risk of scaling and corrosion in water quality, ensuring water safety and stable equipment operation.
Product Features:
Fully Automatic Measurement
Depending on the selected reagents, it fully automatically measures total water hardness across different ranges. This analytical process is more efficient than manual measurement and more consistently reliable than other indirect methods (e.g., ion-selective electrodes).
Intelligent and Accurate
Adopts national standard measurement method – titration colorimetry. The instrument features a calibration function. The integrated measurement technology and two-stage analysis process identify external influences (such as contamination of the measuring cell, sample turbidity, and ambient light) and eliminate them during measurement.
Automatic Cleaning
Rinsing and cleaning are automatically performed after each analysis, ensuring measurement accuracy and repeatability while reducing on-site maintenance workload.
Easy Maintenance
The water path and detection unit are completely isolated. The removable measuring cell requires no additional tools for maintenance, making it easy to perform.
