DPD Residual Chlorine Analyzer

This analyzer enables online automatic detection of residual chlorine concentration in water. Adopting the reliable national standard DPD colorimetric method, it automatically adds reagents for colorimetric measurement. It is suitable for monitoring residual chlorine concentration during chlorination disinfection and in drinking water pipe networks.
Measuring Principle
This colorimetric residual chlorine analyzer adopts the DPD colorimetric method to detect residual chlorine concentration. By adding buffer reagents, the pH value of the water sample is adjusted to a specified range. DPD reagent turns magenta in proportion to the residual chlorine concentration, and the color intensity depends on the chlorine content in the water sample.
The DPD residual chlorine water quality analyzer is widely applicable to waterworks, municipal pipe network terminals, secondary water supply tanks, water supply in hotels and buildings, swimming pool and bath water environments, effluent of sewage treatment plants, industrial circulating cooling water and other scenarios.
